Stephen Bates - Business Development Director


Stephen Bates has been engaged in business development, sales management, marketing and management roles in the IT industry since 1987 in the areas of Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Multi Channel Document Delivery, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and Customer Relationship Management.
Over the past 20 years Stephen has worked in a number of specialist areas including:

  • IT Asset Management & IT Service Management (ITIL)

Jim Hoban - Director 


Jim Hoban is a business intelligence specialist with particular expertise in the areas of performance management, business analytics and interactive decision-support systems.
Over the past 18 years Jim has worked on a number of performance management analysis based projects and has developed a suite of solutions focusing on the areas of KPI analysis,  scorecard/balanced scorecard models and executive management reporting templates , covering a wide range of corporate management disciplines including:

  • Asset & Maintenance Management (EAM)
  • Project Management (PM & ITIL)
  • Financial Management (FIN)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Human Resource Management (HRM)
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management (SCM)
